The last song is about 18 year old Veronica "Ronnie" Miller (Miley Cyrus) who goes to stay with her dad in North Carolina. While staying with her dad Ronnie finds love with Will (Liam Hemsworth) who works for his dad at car garage. Along the way she finds out that her dad steve miller( Greg Kinnear )has cancer and he didnt want Ronnie or Ronnie's little brother Jonah ( Bobby Coleman) to find out. Its a tearful movie that will make you cry.
The last song is one of my favorite movies. when i watched it for the first time i cried becuase it reminded me of my grandma who passed away in January this year due to brain cancer. nicholas sparks did an amazing job writting this movie. I give this movie 5 stars because its such a wonderful movie. I absolutely love the last song!

i loved this movie. i also read the book. It was amazing. i loved this book/movie
Although the love story is a little bit too cheesy for me, her relationship with her dad balances it out for me. The emotions she portrays are very real and overwhelmingly strong. For not having much experience in this kind of role, Miley Cyrus did wonderful. Overall, it is a beautiful story.
I've yet to see this movie, but it sounds worth my time.
